Aerification 
is an essential part of turf grass management and not just restricted to greens. Air is free and also vital for a good growing environment therefore we should be as greedy as possible in maximising this natural commodity. A typical average 18 hole course will require a 20k to 30k investment in aerifying equipment, composed of a minimum of a Greens/Tee aerifier, fairway slitter and sarel roller or unit attachments.
